In July 2025, MAXCOPPER officially launched a new high-tech production line for copper fittings. The expansion of production capacity was a logical step in response to the growing demand for components for engineering systems in Uzbekistan and the CIS countries.
The production line is installed on the territory of the main enterprise in the industrial cluster "Technopark" in Tashkent. The equipment was supplied by leading companies from Germany and China and is fully integrated into the existing automated production chain.
The new line provides:
- Production of a wide range of copper fittings: couplings, elbows, tees, adapters and plugs of various diameters
- High geometric accuracy and a smooth internal surface required for hydraulic tightness
- Compliance with the European standard EN 1254 and ISO requirements
- Full automation of processes - from stamping and soldering to quality control
- Productivity up to 2 million units per year
According to the technical director of MAXCOPPER, the launch of the new line will allow the company to cover its internal needs for fittings and significantly increase export volumes to Kazakhstan, Russia and the Middle East. This also opens the way to expanding the model range, including to meet the individual requirements of partners.
