MAXCOPPER has announced the completion of construction and the official launch of its own analytical laboratory designed for in-depth testing of copper and finished product quality. The new facility is located directly on the territory of the production complex in Tashkent, within the industrial cluster "Technopark".

The creation of the laboratory is an important step towards strengthening the quality control system in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Thanks to the modern technical base and high-precision measuring equipment, the laboratory will allow for a comprehensive analysis of the metal at each stage of production: from the acceptance of raw materials to the shipment of finished products to customers.

Equipment and capabilities of the laboratory

The laboratory is equipped with equipment from leading global brands, including:

  • Bruker - spectrometers for analyzing the chemical composition of copper
  • Horiba - spectral and optical control devices
  • ELTRA — installations for measuring the content of carbon, sulfur and other impurities
  • Modern microscopes and thickness gauges for assessing structural characteristics
  • Test benches for assessing the strength and tightness of products

All devices are integrated into the digital quality management system, providing quick access to data and the ability to analyze it in real time.

According to the chief engineer of the enterprise, the new laboratory opens up additional prospects for the development of products with a higher level of reliability and allows us to quickly respond to any deviations from technological standards.

“Having our own laboratory gives us not only independence in control matters, but also confidence in every meter of the pipe produced. This is an important argument for our customers both domestically and in export markets,” noted a representative of the technical department of MAXCOPPER.

The new laboratory will also become an educational platform for training young specialists and conducting joint research projects with specialized universities in Uzbekistan. In the coming months, it is planned to start cooperation with the Tashkent State Technical University.

The company continues to invest in quality and innovation, confirming its strategy of sustainable growth and leadership in the industry.
